One Digital - AIRLight Support

Support for customers with existing One Digital recorders is now carried out by Komcept’s technicians who are fully trained to be able to service and support One Digital equipment.

If your evidential IUC recorder is a One Digital branded AIRLight and it requires a service or repair, Komcept can offer you a full service to the same standard as taking your recorder directly to One Digital.

Please be aware that servicing and repair is only available on models sold since 2013, identified with serial number beginning ‘B1’.

One Digital recorder products are no longer sold, although limited parts and accessories are still available directly from Komcept Solutions. 

The 2026 pricing for a Full Service is:
  • £400 for an AIRLight (2-drive model)

Third party models of the AIRLight which feature the RB2M battery module integrated into the base are not supported.
