HMG Technical Security Fair

The HMG Technical Security Fair, in partnership with techUK, is an exclusive industry event.  Its aims are to provide industry with a private forum to engage with HMG security organisations in order to promote UK industry, technology and innovation. The event on is on 16th June 2026 at Stadium MK in Milton Keynes.

The show is organised by the consortium of companies Cysiam, Komcept Solutions, Network Innovations, PentenAmio and Viasat UK. Run on a not-for-profit basis, any surplus funds will be either donated to charity or carried forward to reduce costs next year.  Exhibitor fees will include a stand shell-scheme printed with vendor graphics (design work included), mounted TV and table, minimizing equipment to be brought in.

The event is pleased to be partnered with techUK.  Delegates will be invited directly from across the HMG security landscape and some NATO partners, all will be security-cleared.  A full agenda for the day will be confirmed in due course but will focus around the proven table-top format.

Exhibition spaces are very limited, with attendance to be approved by HMG. On completion of the below form, KSL will contact you for payment in full. On completion of payment and approval, our booth builder will contact you to confirm your branding requirement for your stand. Full details available in the Terms and Conditions.

Exhibitor fees will be £1,600 +VAT, which includes a 2.4m stand with graphics on the back wall, monitor, counter for laptop, 2-meter table, option to purchase a branded cloth, exhibitor portal and 2 registrations for the conference. A third exhibitor pass can be purchased for an additional £100 +VAT.
